Article 350 of the Royal Warrant for the

Pay

te of the Army dated 16th November 1887, - be taken into consideration by the Colonial Government in arranging the amount of this Officer's salary

As Lieutenant. Colonel Champernocone has been ordered home with the view of taking up an appointment as Commanding Royal Engineer, it is desirable that, - should the work permit of his services at HongKong being dispensed with before the Expiration of the three months, arrangements might be made with as little delay as possible for his return to England. __
